Last updated 9 October 2026. MILLHOUSE LLC is a licensed residential general contractor at 11293 N Thunder Mtn Rd, Coolidge, Arizona 85128. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

We collect only what someone gives us. If you email or call us about a project we keep your name, your contact details and what you told us about the work, because we cannot quote a house without them. If you become a client we keep the records a construction project produces: plans, selections, invoices, permits and correspondence.

This website does not run advertising trackers and does not sell or share visitor data.

Text messages

We operate one text message program, an internal operations line with a single recipient, the owner of MILLHOUSE LLC, on a mobile number he entered himself. Full terms are on our text message program page.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared with anyone. Message content is not shared except with the messaging provider that delivers it.

Who we share information with

Only the people a build requires, and only what they need to do their part: the subcontractors and suppliers on your job, your lender if the project is financed, and the building department that issues your permits. We also use ordinary business services such as email hosting and a messaging provider.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Project records are kept for as long as Arizona law and our insurance require, which outlasts the build. An enquiry that does not become a project is kept only as long as it is useful, then deleted.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it and we will. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where a contract, a lender or the law requires us to keep it.

Children

This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
